So today I wanted to play another faceit game on premium but I couldn’t login to my account because of ban for cheats I have 2.1k hours and more than 520 games only on faceit and I’ve never used any cheat or bug in gameSupport said that I am banned either for bugs (1-3 month ban) or for cheating (permanent). I am trying to play on the Faceit servers with a friend, however I can never connect. I type the connect into command and just get "Connecting Retrying Retrying" etc until it finally times out and connection failed after 10 attempts. I even agree that I was mistaken that I allowed my friend to play on the faceit platform on his computer. I just could not know what the ban could be for this. FaceIT need to fix the issue with the voting lobby. People don't vote so the lobby disbands because they see who they're matched up against. Happens too much in OCE servers. I thought it was funny my ex got matched with me on the same team, he decided he would rather cop the ban instead of joining up on the server.
